Lance Thompson, born in Zwolle,
raised on St. Maarten,
and currently based in Hilversum,
can be described as an authentic sports fitness trainer.
He has gained experience as a Physical Education (PE) teacher,
fitness and football trainer, a health coach,
and sports- organizer-researcher and adviser.
Training with Lance has had a very positive impact on my life. He has helped me achieve my goal to have a more active and healthier lifestyle.
I have lost weight, got in better shape, and have learned a lot about proper body movement while training as well as good nutrition.
Lance knows what he’s doing and ensures that the training is fun and doesn’t get boring.
