PERSONAL TRAINING

There are times we all need a little bit of help. Our personal trainer will help you step out of your comfort zone, break barriers, and become a stronger and healthier new you! Besides an effective, fun and personal workout you will receive adequate dietary advice.

Kidsfit/Funfit

Creating a healthier and safer future for kids through active moving.
KidsFit focuses on fun rather than regular exercise routines. Through this fun and playful way we introduce and improve fundamental movement skills. This workout is designed to improve one’s motor skills, such as balance, coordination and control. Fun is the main focus.

Small Group Training

This is a full-body workout session in which you train alongside other participants such as family members or colleagues . This workout specifically trains your major muscle groups, focusing on personal strength, lean muscle mass and physical condition. All of these contribute to a healthy bodyweight.

HIIT

H.I.I.T. stands for High Intensive-Interval Training. HIIT is a short training module. It is designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout focuses on all major muscle groups, weights and bodyweight exercises. Get fitter and stronger…. This workout is suitable for everyone.

Bootcamp

Is an outdoor workout designed to improve your overall fitness through a variety of intense interval trainings, bodyweight exercises and endurance challenges.
